Local Real Estate Broker Named As Director
Wednesday, December 22, 2010 • Posted December 21, 2010

Debbie Vallone-Homeier, Broker/Owner for Vallone Real Estate II, was recently appointed and voted by her peers to the position of Director on the Gillespie County Board of Realtors for this area.

This board covers Mason, Gillespie, and Kimble counties. Blanco participates with this board, but currently does not belong to its jurisdiction.

One of Debbie’s first questions was “why can’t we get Blanco to belong to this jurisdiction?” This is the most logical solution than becoming part of Austin or San Antonio territories. By serving on this Board, Debbie hopes to find more ways to continue to enhance the networking, marketing, and MLS for clients/customers. This Board offers one of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for our local Real Estate offices to use. This term is a 3 year term starting January 2011.

“It was an honor to be asked to serve as a director on this board,” Vallone-Homeier said. “I hope to bring Blanco ideas and needs to this board – and help get them implemented. 2011 is going to be an exciting year. With becoming a director on this board and being selected for the Texas Association of Realtors Political Affairs Committee, I truly hope to make a difference. My clients are very important to me and I believe in finding new ways to help them out.”
