Fuelberg Sentencing Hearing Rescheduled

Former PEC Manager Bennie Fuelberg was found guilty in December 2010 of third degree theft, money laundering, and misapplication of fiduciary property. His sentencing hearing was previously set for January but has moved to February 7-8, 2011.

Fuelberg was sentenced to a $30,000 fine and a term of probation to be decided by Judge Dan Mills.
