Donating blood is a simple and painless process but less than five percent of the eligible population participates. Patients such as accident victims and premature babies across south Texas depend on this precious gift everyday.

Donate blood at the upcoming blood drive in Blanco, which will be held at Blanco National Bank, Thursday, June 12 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the parking lot.

All presenting donors will receive a STBTC T-shirt and be entered to win grills and ice chests! Donors must show identification before beginning the donation process.

Anyone 17 years of age or older, who weighs at least 110 pounds, and is in good general health may donate blood.
