The county historical commission will hold its first quarterly meeting of 2011 at Trinity Lutheran Church, in the Fellowship Hall, on Monday, February 14. The meeting will start at 6:30pm and is scheduled to end at 9pm.

Presentations will be made on Pittsburg, in the southern half of the county, and Bird Town (Round Mountain) in the northern half.

Everyone is encouraged to attend and bring photos, periodicals and historical items to share. The attendees will also socialize with a focus on learning more about our Blanco County history. Light refreshments will be served.
