The Lady Panthers softball team played at the Huber Ranch Softball Complex in Seguin in a tournament hosted by Navarro High School on Friday, February 18 and Saturday, February 19.

On Friday, the Panthers fell to Poteet, 2-7, but rallied in their next game to defeat Navarro, 12-10. Blanco then lost to Poth, 0-11.

On Saturday, the Blanco squad posted three solid wins over Gonzales, 9-1, St. Anthony, 9-5, and Austin Travis, 10-0.

Pflugerville Connally won the 28-team tournament which included schools of all classifications. With their 4 and 2 record in the tournament, Blanco placed 11.

The Panther Softball team travels to Llano on Tuesday, February 22 to take on the Lady Jackets and then Friday, February 25 to Canyon High School to face the Lady Hawks at 5:00 and 7:00.
