Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Allison of Liberty, Texas are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Lauren Colleen, to Mr. Robert Buchannan Watson, son of CW4, U.S.Army (Retired) and Mrs. John C. Watson of Blanco, Texas.

Grandparents of the bride-elect are the late Mr. and Mrs. William A. Allison of Liberty/Lampasas, Texas and the late Mr. and Mrs. William D. Gay of Dayton, Texas. Grandparents of the prospective groom are Lieutenant Colonel Ervin R. Watson, United States Air Force (Retired) and the late Mildred Watson of Bulverde, Texas and the late Sergeant First Class, U.S. Army (Retired) and Mrs. Rene Bolduc of San Antonio, Texas.

The bride is a 2009 graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in English and a minor in Russian. While at A&M she was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She is employed by Reynolds Web Solutions in College Station.

The groom will graduate from Texas A&M University this year with a degree in Technology Management and is employed by Texas A&M’s Computing Information Services.

The couple is planning an April 2011 wedding in Bryan, TX.
