Century 21 Town Creek Properties is pleased to announce that Michelle O’Rear has joined its firm as a sales associate. Michelle will specialize in residential property sales in the Blanco/Spring Branch area.

Michelle just successfully completed extensive training and licensing through Austin Institute Of Real Estate.

Michelle and her family have lived in Blanco for the past five years, after moving here from San Antonio in order to raise their three boys in a small community. The boys, ages 11, 9, and 5, all attend Blanco ISD. She and her husband Shawn have been married for 16 years. He works for Pedernales Electric Coop here in Blanco. Together, they have successfully owned and operated an internationally known business for the past 15 years.

Now that all of her children are in school, she decided to pursue her desire to work in the real estate industry. She loves the Hill Country, and believes that there is no better place to raise children. She wants to help other families experience the close-knit community and wonderful people that make up Blanco and the surrounding area.

She loves to spend her leisure time with her family, gardening and working outdoors; enjoying Texas beauty at its best.
