God keeps me! Yes, He does! He gives me everything I need, and everything I secretly yearn for! He gives me so much, that I don’t even mind anymore, that I don’t have some things. Some “things” I used to work hard for, now they just don’t mean that much to me anymore! Matthew 6:33; Psalm 37:4

How ‘bout that?! I used to torture my body by working long hours, strenuously digging, planting, pulling, moving dirt, rocks, trees, brush; watering all the roses, cannas, fruit trees, banana trees, herbs, veggies; all because I wanted to live off the land! I wanted to be self sustained! I wanted it all. I worked hard for it all. Then God moved me to a place where I can’t do that. And it was a difficult transition, but God has rewarded me with flowers, bushes and beautiful things that grow because He planted them, not me. I enjoy beautiful flowers and things that I didn’t have to work hard for. And I’m content with that!

I used to work hard with the worldly attitude that the harder you work the more you have, but now I see that all that work is for nought, when you could die today, and who would receive all your possessions? All you are taking with you when you die is your spirit, so nothing is important, except for where your spirit is going.

Are you sure about where your spirit is going? Jesus said we will have what we believe. Do you “believe” for sure, without a doubt, that your spirit is going to be in heaven when you die? Mark 9:23; Mark 11:23-24; John 14:1; John 14:11

I believe now, without a doubt, that my spirit is “one in spirit with Jesus” right now, and that He dwells in me right now, and He holds my right hand right now, and He won’t ever let go, for He said He will never leave me nor forsake me, and He will lead me into the gate of heaven when He decides my work on earth is done. 1 Corinthians 6:17; Psalm 37:24; Joshua 1:5; John 14:18

But my life right now is to exemplify God, lift up His holy name, share the Good News of the Gospel of Christ Jesus; and it’s also my opportunity to plant good seeds so I can receive a plentiful harvest of good things not just now on earth, but also in heaven when my earthly body is no longer living. John 9:31; Revelations 19:5; Mark 4:14; Mark 16:15

I encourage you to do some research into the goodness of God. Seek out His blessings; seek out His Word, His promises, and also the curses for disobedience. I encourage you to find out what God’s Word says about you and your life, why you were created, and ask Him! He’ll lead you all the way, and He’ll keep YOU too, if you’ll let Him. Deuteronomy chapters 6, 7, 8, 9; 1 Corinthians 6:20; John 4:23-24

But you gotta want Him, you gotta yearn for Him, you gotta realize that you NEED Him, and that you’re nothing without Him, and that you can’t do anything without His help, and that you wouldn’t even be alive if it weren’t for Him having created you, and you have to believe in Him, and all His Word, and receive Jesus as the “Door” to heaven, as the only way to have eternal life for your spirit, which is through believing in Jesus, and that He is the risen Lord and Savior of the world, and that at the name of Jesus, every knee must bow. John 15:5; Revelations 10:6; John 10:9; Romans 14:11

Jesus said “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship Him.” John 4:23
