Dear Readers:

Please forgive me - I had good news 3 weeks ago and forgot to put it in. Sally Wall’s grandkids, Megan and Kyle, and her son, Ashley, came from Tennessee to Texas 2 Saturdays ago to the Stonewall Rodeo. They had a birthday for Kyle and Megan on Sunday. They went to San Marcos and took a glass-bottomed boat ride (I still haven’t done that). Tuesday they went to Katy to see their great-grandma. From Sally’s description, fun was had by all!

John and Andrea Whitesides, along with RK and Priscilla Seals, recently traveled to Troy, Ohio, where they celebrated the marriage of Heather Lewis, Andrea’s daughter, to James Ker. All four enjoyed a golf outing organized by the bride’s father, Gary Lewis, for the wedding party, a pig roast, a beautiful wedding ceremony at St. Patrick Catholic Church, and reception at the Stillwater Valley Golf and Country Club. In spite of rain and unseasonably cool weather, they enjoyed traditional July 4th celebrations as well - a parade through the city of Troy and fireworks beside the Great Miami River.

On June 29, Wes and Charlotte Thomas taveled to Marble Falls, to Charlotte’s annual family reunion. Joining them was their son Michael Trevino and his girl friend Candise Treiber, Ley Thomas and his girlfriend Brittany Hesskew.
