These convictions were filed between Sep 11 and Sep 24, 2007.

• Frances Jane Elley, of Blanco, was fined $180 for speeding on August 19. (DPS)

• Patrick Boone Graham, of Junction, was fined $180 for speeding on August 25. (DPS)

• Slip Fractional Module, of Austin, was fined $144 for disregarding a no passing zone on August 24. (DPS)

• Cheyanne L. Lockeby, of Blanco, was fined $144 for driver riding without safety belt on August 31. (DPS)

• Nichole Delcarmon Lopez, of Spicewood, was fined $222 for speeding on August 24. (DPS)

• Mario Almaraz, Jr., of Killeen, was fined $180 for speeding on August 31. (DPS)

These reports were filed between Sep 13 and Sep 19.

Sep 14

• Traffic Accident / Agency Assist. 12:46 AM. Single vehicle accident at 13th and Elm streets, reportedly damaging the the satellite equipment. Wrecker requested (with Blanco Co. SO).

• Welfare Concern. 3:35 PM. Lazy Creek Ln.

Sep 16

• Reckless Driver. 6:30 PM. Truck reportedly driving all over US 281.

• Suspicious Circumstances. 9:48 PM. Individual reportedly saw someone running out of a residence on Trainer St.

Sep 17

• Suspicious Circumstances. 12:20 AM. Caller reported a subject drinking in the Iron Horse Saloon parking lot (with Blanco Co. SO).

• Suspicious Substance. 9:53 AM. Officer was requested to identify a substance found on the Blanco Middle School campus. The substance was not a drug, the officer reported.

Sep 18

• Suspicious Circumstances. 2:41 PM.

• Harassment. 3:16 PM. Subject harassing caller.

Sep 19

• Reckless Driver. 4:20 PM. Pickup reportedly swerving on US 281.

Blanco County Sheriff’s Office Reports

These reports were filed between Sep 13 and Sep 19.

Sep 13

• Suspicious Vehicle. 1:28 PM. A motor home was reportedly parked at Friday’s General Store since early morning, with no activity seen in or around the vehicle. The store opted to have the motor home towed.

• Found Property. 3:55 PM. Wallet found at Speedy Stop in Johnson City. Owner picked it up.

• Traffic Hazard. 9:42 PM. A long, white object was reportedly laying on US 290 West. An officer removed the blanket from the road.

Sep 14

• Alarm. 8:25 AM.

• 911 Hang Up. 4:31 PM. 911 operator could not call back. Officers responded and reported that the house was vacant.

• Followup. 5:17 PM.

Sep 15

• Alarm. 12:38 PM. Cattleman’s National Bank.

• Animal Complaint. 1:40 PM. Caller reported malnourished horses on Rolling Hills Rd. Officer reported that the horses were not malnourished.

• Reckless Driver. 1:52 PM. Caller reportedly running people off US 281.

• Disturbance. 10:13 PM. Subjects yelling at each other. Verbal disturbance only.

Sep 16

• Disturbance. 4:54 PM. Caller reported information about a subject.

• Loose Livestock. 5:44 PM. Red and white Hereford cows reportedly loose near US 281 South.

• Information / Possible Theft / Suspicious Circumstances. 7:52 PM. Caller reported a residence that had possible been broken into.

Sep 17

• Unattended Death. 8:22 AM. Caller reported a possible drug overdose on Trainer-Wuest Rd., with the subject not breathing. JP Carter was notified. Crofts was later notified.

• Abandoned Vehicle. 8:45 AM. A vehicle on US 281, just south of the Y, that had been red-tagged for three days was towed.

• Reckless Driver. 11:08 AM. Car reportedly driving from lane to lane on US 290 West. Officer reported the driving was OK.

• Civil Matter. 12:02 PM. Caller reported contractor removing a gate without permission.

• Welfare Concern. 3:38 PM. Juvenile reportedly took off in a vehicle.

• Suspicious Circumstances. 4:35 PM. Illegal dumping reported.

Sep 18

• Noise Complaint. 12:36 AM. Caller reports a vehicle revving its engine on McCall Creek Rd. A truck was stuck in the mud nearby. Officer advised the driver to try again in the morning.

• Vandalism / Criminal Mischief. 8:48 AM. Gate damage reported.

• Theft. 7:36 PM. Caller reported a missing signpost on Lonesome Loop. The 30 mile marker was on the ground. Officer reported that the curve sign was broken, as well as the 15 mile sign.

Sep 19

• Arrest. 3:50 PM. One subject arrested at the Blanco County Jail.

• Welfare Check. 3:58 PM. Caller reported that a child got off the bus at the wrong stop. Officer gave the child a ride home.

• Suspicious Circumstances. 5:14 PM. Caller’s dog was reportedly crying and the caller heard a lot of racket and noise outside. Officer reported that the neighbors were making noise.

These reports were filed between Sep 13 and Sep 19.

Sep 17

• Traffic Accident. 4:18 PM. One vehicle accident on CR 102. No injuries reported (with Blanco Co. SO).
