• Dustin James Weber, of Blanco, was fined $279.50 for issued inspection certificate for vehicle with knowledge that vehicle has not been repaired on Apr 7, 2005 (DPS).

• Jeremiah Cleo Wooten, of Mason, was fined $186.00 for speeding on Oct 28, 2007 (DPS).

• Terri Lavon Lesher, of Blanco, was fined $180.00 for possession of drug paraphernalia on Jul 6 (DPS).

• Admir Redzemarvic, of Greenfield, MA, was fined $196.00 for speeding on Aug 9 (DPS).

• Admir Redzemarvic, of Greenfield, MA, was fined $327.00 for no proof of financial responsibility on Aug 9 (DPS).

• Javier Rubio, of Blanco, was fined $148.00 for failure to control speed on Aug 4 (CVE).

• Corey Wayne Koewers, of Blanco, was fined $148.00 for driving while not secured by a safety belt on Jul 11 (DPS).

• Patricia P. Blackwell, of Lockhart, was fined $154.00 for speeding on Jul 13 (DPS).

• Charles Frederick Williams, of Austin, was fined $166.00 for speeding on Oct 24, 2003 (DPS).

• Robert Joseph Morris, Jr., of Lakeway, was fined $172.00 for speeding on Aug 5 (DPS).

• Kristin Renee Schwartz, of San Antonio, was fined $300.00 for speeding on Mar 21 (DPS).

• Cody Trumbower, of Blanco, was fined $217.00 for public intoxication on Jul 5 (PD).

• Matthew Calder, of Blanco, was fined $173.75 for possession of drug paraphernalia on Apr 7, 2007 (TABC).

• Reckless Driver. 8:08 AM. IESI truck on US 281, northbound into Blanco.

• Alarm. 10:14 AM. Vintage Cottage.

• Theft. 4:08 PM. A complainant requested to speak with an officer about vandalism to a vehicle.

Aug 15

• Possible Intoxicated Driver. 12:09 AM.

• Reckless Driver. 7:58 AM. US 281.

• Traffic Accident. 11:09 AM. A report was taken on an accident at 5th and Main streets.

Aug 16

• Alarm. 4:43 PM.

Aug 17

• Traffic Hazard. 6:10 PM. A stop sign was down on the side of Loop 163. An officer removed the sign.

Aug 18

• Reckless Driver. 7:34 AM. A possibly drunk driver was reported on RR 165. An officer was positioned in the area to watch for the vehicle.

• Animal Complaint. 7:32 PM. RR 165, in front of Blanco Settlement.

• Noise Complaint. 9:11 PM. 911 received a noise complaint from C.J’s. An officer had the subjects turn down the music.

Aug 20

• Suspicious Person. 7:25 PM. A subject had been told several times to leave the premises and was there again. Officers responded and spoke with the subject.

Johnson City Police Reports

These reports were filed between Aug 14 and Aug 20.

Aug 14

• Threat. 8:35 AM. A subject was reported threatening individuals about an incident.

• Utility Complaint. 5:54 PM. A water leak was reported at the car wash. An officer shut off the water.

Aug 15

• Civil Standby. 10:55 AM.

Aug 16

• Alarm. 1:53 AM. Super S (with Blanco Co. SO).

• Alarm. 9:05 AM. Johnson City ISD.

• Disturbance. 12:50 PM. A subject was not allowing the caller to leave the residence. Officers responded and the caller left (with Blanco Co. SO).

• Information. 3:00 PM. A complainant reported property that was missing.

• Suspicious Person. 5:08 PM. A suspicious person was seen sleeping on the patio at El Rancho. An officer gave the subject a ride to the Hays County line.

• Reckless Driver. 8:59 PM. US 281 (with Blanco Co. SO).

Aug 17

• Alarm. 12:08 AM. Super S (with Texas DPS).

• Theft. 10:42 AM. A caller at Dairy Queen requested to speak with an officer.

• Theft Suspects. 2:18 PM. Officers investigated suspects believed to be involved in a theft.

• Threatening. 10:21 PM. A complainant stated that a subject was threatening about property. Officers advised the subject to leave the area. Blanco County Sheriff’s Deputies and DPS assisted on the call.

Aug 18

• Bank Alarm. 7:48 AM. Johnson City Bank Drive-Thru.

• Reckless Driver. 7:29 PM. US 281, heading into Johnson City.

Aug 19

• Audible False Alarm. 2:16 AM. Super S.

• Burn Ban Violation. 9:33 AM. An officer issued a warning about the violation.

Aug 20

• Emergency / False Alarm. 8:04 AM. Officers responded to an emergency alarm call at JC Middle School. Everything was OK (with Blanco Co. SO).

• Welfare Concern. 2:20 PM. A subject needed to be evaluated for mental services, stated the complainant. The responding officer took an incident report.

• Alarm. 5:47 PM. JC Middle School.

Blanco County Sheriff’s Office Reports

These reports were filed between Aug 14 and Aug 20.

Aug 14

• Assault. 3:53 AM.

• Suicide Attempt. 6:18 AM.

• Animal Complaint. 10:03 AM. A dog was tied to a fence with a wire.

• Trespassing. 11:23 AM. A subject was crossing a fence to get to the river; he was told that he was trespassing.

• Loose Livestock. 2:53 PM. Goats were out on the side of RR1320.

• Alarm. 5:53 PM. A worker accidentally triggered the alarm at a residence.

• Loose Livestock. 7:53 PM. Two cows were out on RR32—one black with a white face and another a calf with a white face. The officer put the cows back inside the fence.

Aug 15

• Livestock. 5:57 AM. A horse was loose on RR 1320.

• Livestock Complaint. 9:37 AM. A horse was out near RR 3232.

• Welfare Check. 1:55 PM. A caller was talking with an individual in Blanco when the phone went dead. It was busy when the caller tried calling back. An officer was requested to contact the individual, who had health problems in the past. The officer made contact.

Aug 16

• Traffic Hazard. 4:30 PM. A subject on US 290 West ran out of gas.

• 911 Hangup. 11:53 PM. Officers did not find anything wrong at the residence.

Aug 17

• Possible Disturbance. 2:09 AM. A Johnson City PD officer was flagged down and told that that there was a fight in progress at the 4-R Bar. Blanco County Sheriff’s Deputies and DPS officers assisted. Officers reported that everything was OK; there was traffic confusion in the parking lot. The traffic was cleared.

• Road Hazard. 6:25 AM. A caller reported safety cones lying in the middle of the lane on US 290 at the Y. An officer put all the barrels back into place.

• 911 Call. 7:00 AM. Weather-related.

• Work Release / Inmate Transport. 8:15 AM. Inmates were taken to the county fairgrounds to clean up the grounds.

Aug 18

• 911 (Static). 2:50 AM. Weather-related.

• Suspicious Vehicle. 7:16 AM. A truck was seen sitting on RR 2766, just idling. Officers responded to the call and took the subject to jail to issue a citation for public intoxication. The subject was released to a family member (with Johnson City PD).

• Smoke Investigation. 6:08 PM. An officer was requested to investigate smoke seen in Stallion Estates. The smoke was from a brush pile in Lake of the Hills. The pile was extinguished.

Aug 19

• Escort from Marble Falls PD. 2:40 AM. Marble Falls PD called and requested help getting a subject to Johnson City by having a Blanco County officer meet them at the county line. A deputy was not available at the time to assist with the escort.

• Information / Minor Traffic Accident. 4:58 AM. A deputy from another county was involved in a minor traffic accident on CR 306. The vehicle was off the roadway and no injuries were reported.

• Close Patrol. 7:33 AM.

• Investigation. 9:05 AM.

• Suspicious Vehicle. 12:15 PM. An individual heard what sounded like an intruder. A vehicle was outside. An officer set up a close patrol.

• Close Patrol. 2:00 PM.

• Possible Traffic Accident. 2:48 PM. Officers responded to a call on RR 2766. The incident did not meet report criteria, the officers reported (with Texas DPS).

• 911 Hangup. 9:31 PM.

• Close Patrol. 10:47 PM.

• Information. 11:55 PM. A subject called 911 to report a person missing.

Aug 20

• 911 Misdial. 7:28 AM. Speed dial mistake at Johnson City ISD.

• Reckless Driver. 7:58 AM. A small car was seen driving erratically on US 290 West. The call was transferred to Gillespie County.

• Followup to Animal Complaint. 2:00 PM. An officer followed up on a call about cows not being fed or taken care of. The officer reported that the health of the cows was OK.

• Complaint. 2:35 PM. An officer was requested to meet with a complainant.

• Motorist Assist. 3:50 PM. A car had broken down on the north side of the Y. An officer did not locate the vehicle.

• Loose Livestock. 7:40 PM. Two cows were out near 473 East.

• Suspicious Circumstances. 9:10 PM. A caller reported juveniles drinking in a vehicle parked by the creek on Rocky Rd.

These reports were filed between Aug 14 and Aug 20.

Aug 15

• Disturbance. 10:50 PM. A caller stated that a subject refused to leave the premises and requested officers to help. Officers reported that all parties were separated (with Blanco Co. SO).

Aug 20

• Traffic Control / Accidental Injury. 1:39 PM. A subject fell out of a truck on RR 1320. The DPS officer took an accident report.
