SEGUIN - Texas Lutheran University student Michelle Kempf, a senior kinesiology major, was recently inducted into the Alpha Chi National Honor Society. A graduate of Blanco High School, Kempf is the daughter of Leo and Beverly Kempf.

Alpha Chi is a national honor society that recognizes junior and senior students who display high scholarship and character. Alpha Chi is open to students from all majors and offers membership to only the top 10 percent of the junior and senior class. The society strives to “make scholarship effective for good.”
