Panther Paw Movie Reviews

Noel-

I actually really enjoyed this movie despite the fact that movie critics gave it horrible reviews. What Happens in Vegas is a romantic comedy starring Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher. Both reach times in their lives where they just want to get away from the norm for a while, so they head to Vegas and the way they meet is hilarious. (I don’t want to give too much away since Keith seems to think that I tell too much of the story, but at least I give movies 4 paws when they deserve it!!) Anyway, this movie has a ton of laughs but the ending does get just a little too sappy for me because it turns typical like most movies that have to have “something” bad that happens in order for the couple to realize that they really love each other. I thought this movie was going to avoid that since most of the movie is about them not liking each other and not getting along, but that’s really the only thing I didn’t enjoy about the movie. 3 paws

Keith-

Some critics thought this movie should’ve stayed in Vegas, but it’s surprisingly funny in areas and had me laughing out loud more than a few times. Now honestly, if you found yourself married in Vegas the morning after a wild night that you probably don’t remember very well, you would just get it annulled. And if one of you happened to hit a jackpot slot machine you would consider yourself lucky to get annulled and split $3,000,000 between you and the Vegas mistake you married. This movie would be over or be about how they would spend their money if that had happened, but they happened to hit it big after a huge argument and decided to try and end the marriage and keep the money all for themselves and not share the money since one supplied the quarter and one actually put it in and pulled the lever. The rest of the movie is pretty funny as they get more than they bargained for with the annulment proceedings. 3 paws
