September is Open-House Month

at BUMC

·September 14th: Student Sunday (All students will be recognized and prayer offered for a successful school year.)

·September 21st: Teacher Sunday (All teachers, including Sunday School teachers, will be recognized and prayer offered for their service.)

·September 27th: Saturday Night Hill Country Praise featuring Mother-Daughter Duo Taylor Weaver & Heather Dillard. (Hamburgers at 5:30 p.m.—Music & Testimony. Free.)

·September 28th: Public Servant Sunday (EMS, police, city council members, and others will be invited for worship, recognized, and prayer offered for a successful and safe year.)

New Hope Lutheran

•New Hope Lutheran will install Mary Louise “Skip” Brasher as their Pastor with a service of Holy Communion and Installation at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 14th. All Faiths Chapel. 9th and Elm. Everyone in the community is welcome to come.
