Silent Auction to Benefit Family Crisis Center

The twenty-fifth (25th) annual Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center Golf Tournament & Silent Auction benefiting victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault is being held on Saturday, September 27th at Horseshoe Bay Resort, Cap Rock club house, AppleRock golf course. It is not too late to become a sponsor, volunteer for the event, or register for golf. The center invites everyone to shop the silent auction, which coincides with the golf tournament.

The public is invited to attend a silent auction for the Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center at Cap Rock club house, Horseshoe Bay from 2 PM to 6:30 PM Saturday September 27th and you do not have to be present to win. Local businesses have contributed to the silent auction, which may offer 60 or more items for bid. Many one-of-a-kind objects/gift certificates will be available. You do not have to be playing in the golf tournament in order to shop the silent auction. The following are only a few of the items donated to the auction by generous supporters.

It is a great day for a good cause with all proceeds to benefit the Crisis Center. The silent auction and golf tournament has been the primary fundraiser for the agency for 25 years. The Center has provided continuous services to the Highland Lakes communities since 1983. Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center provides services to victims of domestic violence and or sexual assault including 24 hour hotline, 24 hour crisis intervention, emergency shelter, food, clothing, individual and group counseling, information and referral. Services are free and confidential. The service area includes Blanco, Burnet, Llano and Lampasas Counties.
