The eighth grade Lady Panther Basketball teams swept the Comfort Deer Monday night in Blanco. The ‘B’ team won 10-6. Highlights include Maggie Dennis who scored six points, Andrea Torre and Mica Reyna both finished with 2 points each.

The ‘B’ team is currently 1-0.

The ‘A’ team defeated Comfort 30-22. Some of the highlights include Micaela Klein who scored a total of 11points, Alex Gustafson, who had 7 points, Presley Savarino, 4 points. Holly Sayre, Susannah Campbell and Justine Cooley each had 2 points followed by Abbey Weaver and Lindsey Jenkins who each had 1point.

The ‘A’ team is currently 1-1 in district play.

Both teams will travel to Brady next Monday to take on the Bulldogs.
