Abstract Expressions Exhibit to End With a Silent Auction to Benefit the Red Cross Hurricane Ike Rel

Several photographers and digital artists participating in the current exhibition titled “Abstract Expressions” at Watson Studio Gallery will be auctioning their images during an upcoming Silent Auction. The auction will run from 11:00am to 7:00pm on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at the gallery located at 105 N. Nugent St. in Johnson City, TX.

Want to bid on an auction print but can’t make it to the gallery? We now have given you the ability to BID ON-LINE! Simply visit the Auction Gallery via the gallery’s website to view all participating images and minimum bids. Click on the image to enter your bid, your contact information and submit your bid. We’ll contact you if you’re out-bid or if you’re the successful bidder to arrange for payment and pick-up or shipping. The auction is currently open for early-bird bidding on-line. Each of the artists specify a discounted minimum bid (some at 40% off). If you’ve had your eye on an image from Abstract Expressions to add to your art collection (or as a gift for your favorite art-lover), now’s your chance to stop by or go online and bid on it!

The gallery, owned and operated by Blanco resident, Carol Watson, will be donating 100% of their commission to the American Red Cross Hurrican Ike Relief Fund to help the victims of the hurricane here in Texas. Art lovers will have a chance to bid on a wonderful variety of fine art images plus help provide urgent relief to the hurricane survivors .
