Wednesday, November 21, 2007 • Posted November 20, 2007

After such a hard fall against the Bulldogs last week, the JV Lady Panthers struggled once more as they went up against the Wimberley Texans on Monday, November 19.

The Texans started strong and needless to say, they finished strong as the Panthers found it almost impossible to get the ball into the net. The Panthers scored only 10 points in the first period while allowing Wimberley to sink a total of 21 points. The Panthers fell to a 0-2 record as the Texans finished the game with a final score 64-27.

High scorer was Callie Faurie with a total of 10 points; she sank five two-point shots. Following Faurie was Maggie Avila and Tatiana Alegria, they both had six points. Tauna Luke and Sierra Martinez both had two points followed by Lauren Graham who had one point.
