For the constitutional amendment election for 2007, 780 votes were cast in Blanco County, 142 during early voting and 638 on election day, Tuesday, November 6.

Statewide, all of the propositions were approved. In Blanco County, all but four passed: Propositions 4 ($1 billion in bonds for maintenance, improvement, repair, and construction projects), 12 (funding for highway improvement projects), 15 (Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas), and 16 (bonds by the Texas Water Development Board to provide assistance to economically distressed areas) were not approved by Blanco County voters.
