Mail in Ballots: Voters over 65 years of age may vote by mail. Request ballot by mail or from County Clerk. If you voted Republican in the primary the Republican Party will mail you a request form for mail-in voting. PLEASE don’t request a mail-in ballot and then go to the poll to vote in person and leave your ballot at home. This will cause problems and cause you to be delayed. If under 65 and voting absentee by mail, your ballot must be mailed to an address out of Blanco County.

Voter Registration: Last day to register to vote in the Nov. 4th election was October 6, 2008. Get voter registration card at Blanco County Annex, at the Post Office (if still available), or online at www.sos.state.tx.us

Mail Application to: Blanco County TAC/Voter Registrar, P.O. 465 Johnson City, TX 78636. Must be received by Oct. 6, 2008
