Bryan Wyatt and Eddie Calzoncit and their team, The San Antonio Bombers, are declared Champions.

Bryan and Eddie play in the San Antonio Mens Senior Baseball League (SAMSBL) with the San Antonio Bombers team. The regular season started in May and came to a conclusion in August with the Bombers in the fourth place seed for the playoffs. The Bombers fought hard through the playoffs to earn a place in the championship playoff series against the first place seeded team, the San Antonio Dodgers.

With the best 2 out of 3 playoff series, the Dodgers won the first game 9-4, then the Bombers came back to win the second game 10-9. On the evening of October 4, 2008, the Bombers defeated the Dodgers with a score of 7-3 to be declared the Champions of the SAMSBL for the 35+ age division.
