These convictions were filed between November 6 and November 28, 2007.

• Luan Robinson Jennings, of Poolville, was fined $162.00 for speeding on Nov 9 (DPS).

• Wyatt Joe Finch, of Blanco, was fined $169.00 for no seatbelt (driver) on Aug 17 (DPS).

• Summer Wilson, of Wimberley, was fined $144.00 for failure to stop at designated place on Oct 13 (DPS).

• Wendy M. Watson, of Blanco, was fined $168.00 for speeding on Sep 28 (DPS).

• Alfred Leonhardt, of Palm Coast, FL, was fined $144.00 for no seatbelt (driver) on Oct 9 (DPS).

• Isaiah David Garza, of San Antonio, was fined $169.00 for no seatbelt (passenger) on Sep 21 (DPS).

• Ruben Flores, of Dripping Springs, was fined $300.00 for public intoxication on Sep 2 (SO).

• Reynaldo Martinez, of Marble Falls, was fined $300.00 for public intoxication on Sep 2 (SO).

• Mauro Juavez, of Round Mountain, was fined $300.00 for public intoxication on Sep 2 (SO).

• Roland T. Glass, of Livingston, was fined $180.00 for speeding on Oct 23 (CVE).

• Jr. Gonzales, Jesse, of Blanco, was fined $169.00 for no seatbelt (passenger) on Apr 1 (DPS).

• Javier Raul Hernandez, of Burnet, was fined $173.00 for open container on Nov 3 (DPS).

• Jason E. Shrader, of Omaha, NE, was fined $156.00 for speeding on Oct 25 (DPS).

• Gary Lee Whiting, of Boerne, was fined $144.00 for no seatbelt (driver) on Nov 14 (DPS).

• Glenn Leineweber, of Canyon Lake, was fined $163.97 for theft by check, Class C on Oct 24 (JP4).

• Clyde Haywood, of Bastrop, was fined $163.00 for improperly tagged deer on Nov 4 (PKGM).

• Brian Joseph Borne, of Spring Branch, was fined $180.00 for speeding on Oct 10 (DPS).

• Diana M. Ackerman, of Converse, was fined $300.00 for public intoxication on Sep 29 (DPS).

• Kirk T. Svoboda, of New Braunfels, was fined $144.00 for no valid inspection certificate (trailer) on Oct 21 (CVE).

• Fire Alarm. 8:32 AM. False alarm at Blanco Elementary.

• Medical Emergency. 12:33 PM. Blanco Elementary.

• Reckless Driver. 3:44 PM. Possible intoxicated driver on US 281 who ran a school bus off the road.

Nov 17

• Agency Assist. 4:45 AM. Blanco EMS requested assistance.

Nov 18

• Disturbance. 12:12 PM. Caller was fearful for their safety after a loud noise disturbance.

• Reckless Driver. 5:14 PM. Possible intoxicated driver reported on US 281. Officer reported the vehicle was not driving recklessly.

• Stranded Motorist. 11:10 PM. Vehicle with transmission problems was reportedly partially parked in the roadway on US 281, near Rockin’ J. Wrecker requested.

Nov 19

• Motorist Assist. 2:29 PM. Caller ran out of gas on US 281.

• Theft Report. 7:39 PM. Caller reportedly had a series of break-ins.

Nov 21

• Vandalism. 10:11 AM. Caller wanted to report vandalism that happened in the night on 4th St.

• Reckless Driver. 11:47 AM. US 281, into Blanco from Comal County.

• Information. 12:45 PM. Caller wanted to talk to an officer.

• Traffic Hazard. 3:34 PM. A dump truck reportedly lost part of its load on US 281, in front of Blanco Valley. An officer was requested for traffic control.

• Motorist Assist. 3:58 PM. Caller’s vehicle broke down in the middle of US 281, in front of Blanco Valley. The responding officer helped move the car from the roadway.

• Minor Traffic Accident. 5:32 PM. An officer issued a blue form at a minor two-vehicle accident on RR 1623 at US 281.

• Motorist Assist. 7:10 PM. Motorist ran out of gas on River Run.

• Alarm. 11:31 PM. Main St.

These reports were filed between Nov 15 and Nov 21.

Nov 15

• Motorist Assist. 3:59 AM. Vehicle out of gas on US 281, south of Johnson City.

• Game Complaint. 6:22 AM. Driver reportedly hit a deer on US 281 and the vehicle was disabled. Wrecker requested.

• Animal Complaint. 7:40 AM. White dog reportedly chasing cars on US 281, close to Brushy Top subdivision.

• Suspicious Vehicle. 7:55 AM. Caller reported a vehicle at the rest stop on US 281.

• Reckless Driver. 9:49 AM. An 18-wheeler reportedly ran another 18-wheeler off the road on US 290 East and was driving at a high rate of speed.

• Trespassing. 11:10 AM. Car parked on Trainer-Wuest Rd. with no one around.

• Animal Complaint. 8:20 PM. Dead deer reported on US 290 West.

• Traffic Accident. 10:35 PM. Caller reported a motorcycle in the ditch on Narrows Rd. at Monterey Dr. No one was around.

Nov 16

• Agency Assist / Unattended Death. 12:35 AM.

• Arrest on View. 8:40 AM. One subject arrested on a warrant.

• Traffic Accident. 8:52 AM. A motorcycle wrecked on the low water crossing at Narrows Rd. and Monterey Dr.

Nov 17

• Disturbance. 12:26 AM. Loud music reported.

• Traffic Accident. 3:50 PM. One vehicle accident on US 281. The vehicle was hung on a rock. DPS and Johnson City PD assisted.

• Damaged Property. 5:11 PM. A truck reportedly ran into a fence on Stanton Ranch Rd. and kept going. One subject arrested (with Texas DPS).

• Reckless Driver. 9:32 PM. Burnet County notified Blanco County of the reckless driver before stopping the vehicle in their county (with Texas DPS).

• Burglary / Alarm. 10:24 PM. (with Blanco PD)

Nov 18

• Traffic Accident / Road Hazard. 1:44 AM. A vehicle was stopped on the Park Rd. without flashers and a subject was attempting to flag down passers-by with a flashlight. Officer found pieces of the vehicle on the ground. Crash report filed.

• Welfare Check. 8:10 AM. Austin PD asked an officer to give a message to an individual.

• Road Hazard. 9:00 AM. Traffic cones all over the highway at the construction side at US 281 at 962.

• Motorist Assist. 9:01 AM. Motorist with flat tire at RR 165 and RR 2325.

• Road Hazard. 9:38 AM. A truck reportedly overcorrected on US 290 East and hit a guard rail. The truck and horse trailer were disabled and the trailer lost an axle.

• Brush Fire. 11:46 AM. Subjects reportedly burning brush during the burn ban.

• Suspicious Circumstances. 12:54 PM. Juveniles reportedly shot a vehicle with a pellet gun.

Nov 19

• Suspicious Person. 1:14 PM. Subject reportedly walking on US 290 West.

• Traffic Control. 1:22 PM. A tractor was stuck between a guard rail and a culvert. The people working on pulling it out needed traffic control on US 290 East.

• Welfare Concern. 1:40 PM. Caller asked an officer to check on an individual who may have been located at an address in Blanco County.

• Suspicious Circumstances. 1:58 PM. Caller reported tampering.

• Juvenile Complaint. 4:25 PM. A juvenile was reportedly driving a four-wheeler on a county road.

• Minor Traffic Accident. 5:53 PM. Caller hit a deer on RR 32 before 473 East.

• Noise Complaint. 7:06 PM. Loud music reported.

• Minor Traffic Accident. 8:09 PM. Caller hit a deer on US 281, south of the Y.

• Minor Traffic Accident. 9:35 PM. Vehicle hit a deer on US 281.

• Disturbance. 9:46 PM. A subject reportedly threw an object at an individual and left the scene.

Nov 20

• Agency Assist. 12:27 AM. Child Protective Services requested an officer (with Johnson City PD).

• Suspicious Person. 7:52 AM. Caller reported an woman on the side of the road off 962 East who appeared disoriented and confused. The individual was involved in a one car accident. Wrecker requested.

• Suspicious Persons. 10:04 AM. A male subject was reportedly hitch-hiking along US 290 West, with another man in the bushes.

• Traffic Accident. 11:41 AM. A garbage truck reportedly hit the El Charro restaurant sign in Johnson City.

• Suspicious Circumstances. 7:40 PM. Caller reported someone firing shots out on the property. The call was referred to the game warden.

Nov 21

• Disturbance. 1:38 AM. Physical disturbance reported between two subjects. No weapons were involved. An officer made one arrest.

• Suspicious Vehicle. 2:42 AM. Caller reported a loud truck that had been idling for 15 minutes.

• Reckless Driver. 11:53 AM. An officer issued a written warning to a driver on US 281.

• Reckless Driver. 12:00 PM. US 281, heading toward Johnson City.

• Traffic Hazard. 12:50 PM. Debris reported on US 281, north of Johnson City.

• Traffic Hazard. 6:11 PM. Caller reportedly hit a big deer, which then flew into the northbound lanes of US 281.

• Citizen Assist. 6:24 PM. An officer checked on a woman and children walking along the side of US 281. The individuals had help coming.

• Motorist Assist. 6:48 PM. Caller’s RV had two blowouts on US 281.

• Welfare Check of Residence. 8:20 PM. An officer was requested to check on the caller’s residence.

Nov 15

• Traffic Accident / Agency Assist. 10:06 PM. Lake of the Hills (with Blanco Co. SO).

Nov 16

• Traffic Accident. 12:27 AM. Caller stated that a motorcycle may have hit a deer on RR 2766. Wrecker requested (with Blanco Co. SO).

• Warrant. 12:04 PM. One subject arrested.

• Traffic Accident. 6:03 PM. A vehicle, traveling about 70 mph on US 281, hit a deer. Wrecker requested (with Blanco Co. SO).

Nov 18

• Reckless Driver. 4:27 PM. Dark-colored vehicle reportedly driving southbound in the northbound lane of US 281, leaving Johnson City. Blanco County Sheriff’s Office and Blanco PD assisted.
