Charles and Josie Simpson of Marfa, TX are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Crystal Simpson to Chris Bibb, son of Tommy and Vickie Bibb of Blanco, TX.

The bride to be is a graduate of Marfa High School. She then earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas-Permian Basin before receiving a Master of Education degree at Sul Ross University. Crystal is now employed with Dimmitt ISD as an elementary P.E. teacher and high school coach.

The future bridegroom is a graduate of Blanco High School. He then earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Tarleton State University. Chris is now employed as a loan officer at First Bank in Dimmitt.

A wedding is planned for May 23 in Ruidoso, NM. The couple will reside in Dimmitt after they are married.
