Joy Kathy Fisher was born on August 13, 1957 and passed away on December 10, 2008

She is survived by her daughter, Kandy Whited of Austin; mother, Margie Huckabay of Blanco; father, Bill Cochran of Austin; sisters, Lynda Cochran of Blanco, Peggy Johnson of Austin, and Debbie Trowbridge of Austin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
