These convictions were filed on January 7, 2008.

• Kevin Michael David, of Lexington, was fined $177.00 for over registered weight on Nov 21, 2007 (CVE).

• Eric David Frazier, of San Antonio, was fined $162.00 for speeding on Nov 18, 2007 (DPS).

• Richard Delavan, IV, of Blanco, was fined $144.00 for no seatbelt on Dec 2, 2007 (DPS).

• Jimmy Pace, of Blanco, was fined $212.00 for no CDL license on Nov 7, 2007 (CVE).

• Jose Angel Rodriguez, of Blanco, was fined $144.00 for unsafe speed and $163.00 for no driver’s license on Nov 4, 2007 (DPS).

• Brian James Strauch, of San Antonio, was fined $144.00 for unsafe speed on Oct 8, 2007 (DPS).

• Louis Gonzales, of Weatherford, was fined $144.00 for no seatbelt on Nov 14, 2007 (DPS).

• Honor Leigh Blevins, of Blanco, was fined $172.00 for speeding on Sep 3, 2007 (CVE).

• Deborah M. Chambers, of Spicewood, was fined $199.00 for speeding on May 4, 2007 (DPS).

• Intoxicated Person. 3:46 PM. A subject attempted to purchase beer.

• Animal Complaint. 4:51 PM. Caller was walking a dog and other dogs started chasing them.

• Alarm. 10:11 PM. Blanco Valley Supply.

• Vandalism. 10:39 PM. Vehicle was reportedly broken into.

• Alarm. 3:54 AM. Sta-Bilt.

• Mutual Aide. 2:30 PM. Mutual aide requested for Blanco Volunteer Fire Department as they worked on a grass fire at Hwy 32 and US 281 (with Blanco Co. SO).

• Minor Traffic Accident. 6:16 PM. Someone hit the caller’s car in CJ’s parking lot.

• Disturbance. 12:06 PM. Citation issued.

• Welfare Check. 12:52 AM. Caller requested check on employee.

• Juvenile Complaint. 1:13 PM. Caller reported small children walking alone on Blanco Ave.

• Reckless Driver. 2:34 PM. SUV swerving on US 281, heading into Blanco.

• Damaged Property. 5:54 PM. RV broken into.

• Noise Complaint. 9:27 PM. Loud music reported.

• Disturbance. 1:02 AM. 5th St (with Blanco Co. SO).

• Burglary. 5:39 PM. Jones Ave.

• Noise Complaint. 8:24 PM. Caller reported fireworks going off all around the area and wanted to know if anything could be done.

Dec 26

• Alarm. 3:45 AM. Express Care.

• Lost Property. 8:44 AM. Caller reported property stolen or lost at a party.

• Burglary. 8:57 AM. Fireworks stand reportedly broken into.

• Suspicious Activity. 10:12 AM. Caller reported window busted out, and is not sure if it was criminal mischief.

• Traffic Hazard. 6:31 PM. 18-wheeler reportedly blocking traffic at US 281 at 13th St.

• Suspicious Vehicle. 9:59 PM. Caller reported subjects repeatedly coming into the Blanco Ice House and looking around. The responding officer reported that the vehicle had a dead battery.

• Information. 1:06 PM. Report filed.

• Minor Traffic Accident. 9:00 PM. Report filed on minor accident on Rocky Rd.

• Disturbance. 9:34 PM. Caller reported subject threatening him. Officer settled the disturbance at the scene.

• Traffic Accident. 1:13 PM. Report filed on vehicle rear-ended in front of Riley’s BBQ.

• Juvenile Complaint. 1:25 PM. Juveniles at Super S were reportedly asking customers to buy beer for them.

• Suspicious Person. 1:35 PM. A suspicious subject was reported on Misty River Run.

• Reckless Driver. 9:58 AM. RR 165.

• Animal Complaint. 5:14 PM. Mesquite St.

Dec 31

• Welfare Concern. 4:17 PM. Subject on the ground on Hackberry.

• Theft. 8:42 PM. Gas drive-off.

• Vandalism. 9:25 AM. Christmas display reportedly vandalized.

• Alarm. 11:48 AM. Main St.

• Suspicious Person/Vehicle. 10:00 PM. Subject walking on San Saba Court.

Jan 2

• Alarm. 7:58 AM. Real Foods.

• Utility Complaint. 11:57 AM. Water leak.

• Fraud. 1:21 PM. Subjects reportedly came through town selling equipment. They took the caller’s payment information and never delivered on the equipment.

Dec 20

• Minor Traffic Accident. 10:43 AM. A vehicle hit a deer on US 281, north of RR 1323.

• Suspicious Circumstances. 8:03 PM. Caller stated strange things had been happening at the residence, requested to speak to an officer.

• Noise Complaint. 8:47 PM. Caller reported a subject driving up and down the street on a 4-wheeler, yelling loudly.

• Loose Livestock. 11:07 PM. Caller reported black angus cows loose on 962 E.

Dec 21

• Noise Complaint. 12:04 AM. A subject was reportedly driving up and down the street noisily. The subject would stop for the night, stated the officer.

• Illegal Dumping. 8:10 AM. Caller reported trashed dumped on the property, by the road.

• Transfer. 10:01 AM. Inmate transferred to Comal County.

• Traffic Accident. 10:14 AM. An 18-wheeler ran into the back of car on US 281 at Miller Creek Loop (with Texas DPS).

• Road Hazard. 11:14 AM. Caller reported two dump truck loads of asphalt that had been dumped onto the roadway in Landon’s Crossing. Vehicles had to pass by driving into a ditch.

• Livestock Complaint. 12:08 PM.

• Prisoner Transfer. 12:15 PM. One inmate taken to Kerr County.

• 911 Hangup. 12:25 PM. Operator reported an open line.

• Livestock Complaint. 12:57 PM. Three horses out in Garden Oaks.

• Agency Assist / Grass Fire. 1:46 PM. A fire was reported on RR 165 at the river bridge. No one was around.

• Suspicious Circumstances. 2:21 PM. Caller reported tampered lock.

• Animal Complaint. 7:45 PM. Civil complaint about dogs.

• Suspicious Circumstances. 10:55 AM. Caller reported animal parts dumped on the side of 962 East.

• Alarm. 1:31 PM. Johnson City Bank Drive-Thru.

• Reckless Driver. 4:27 PM. Two motorcycles reportedly speeding on US 281, toward Johnson City.

Dec 23

• Abandoned Vehicle. 10:25 AM. Vehicle reportedly abandoned in the road. Wrecker requested.

• Attempted Theft. 1:36 PM. Mail reportedly tampered with.

• Suspicious Activity. 1:59 PM. Caller heard shots fired and one hit his car windshield.

• Welfare Check. 2:20 PM. Caller stated they had attempted to call subjects for several days and no one answers.

• Animal Complaint. 2:35 PM. Caller reported a stray dog on the property possibly belonging to a person camping out on vacant property nearby.

• Motorist Assist. 4:46 PM. Caller on US 290 East needs a spare tire.

• 911 Hangup. 6:03 PM. Officer reported that no one was home.

Dec 24

• Animal Complaint. 9:36 AM. Injured buck on the side of US 281.

• Juvenile Complaint. 2:43 PM. A juvenile was reportedly driving an ATV without protection or supervision.

• Animal Complaint. 5:25 PM. Black cow out near RR 2766.

• Reckless Driver. 7:25 PM. US 281.

Dec 25

• Civil Standby. 10:51 AM. Officer needed while caller serves eviction notice.

• Agency Assist. 2:57 PM. StarFlight needed for subject with seizures.

• Reckless Driver. 4:40 PM. Vehicles at a high rate of speed on US 281, leaving Blanco (with Johnson City PD).

Dec 26

• Alarm. 2:45 AM. Residential.

• Suspicious Vehicle. 11:30 AM. A vehicle has been going onto property belonging to people out of town. Officer reported that the driver has permission.

• Information. 1:40 PM. Gas drive-off reported.

• Verbal Disturbance / Civil. 6:24 PM.

• Suspicious Activity. 11:25 PM. Caller reported a lot of bottle rockets and fireworks going off nearby and was worried about a fire starting.

Dec 28

• Minor Traffic Accident. 7:06 PM. A vehicle hit a deer on RR 1623.

• Suspicious Circumstances. 10:11 PM. Caller reported vehicle possibly hunting with lights.

• Suspicious Person. 11:47 PM. Caller reported a subject laying on the side of US 281, just past the Pedernales River bridge. EMS was requested. One subject was arrested for public intoxication (with Johnson City PD).

Dec 29

• Traffic Hazard. 11:19 AM. Truck was going the wrong way from the Y.

• Alarm. 12:56 PM. Cielo Springs Taxidermist.

• Welfare Check. 6:52 PM. Caller requested an officer to check on a suspicious person walking down RR 3232.

• Citizen Assist. 7:23 PM. Subject given courtesy ride into Johnson City.

Dec 30

• Noise Complaint. 12:57 AM. Subject reportedly racing up and down road.

• Juvenile Complaint. 3:23 PM. Juveniles were reportedly making a lot of noise and burning rubber.

• Suspicious Vehicle. 7:19 PM. A suspicious vehicle reportedly pulled in behind the caller and turned off its lights.

• Suspicious Person. 9:08 PM. Super S.

Dec 31

• Suspicious Person. 12:37 PM. Subject reportedly walking on the side of Hwy 32.

• Traffic Hazard. 12:56 PM. Caller reported truck on US 281 hauling a trailer full of cans, which were falling out of the trailer.

• Reckless Driver. 2:42 PM. Vehicle reportedly tailgating and passing in a no passing zone on 962 East.

Jan 1

• Disturbance (Fight in Progress). 2:06 AM. Security guard reportedly broke up the fight in the Bronco Lounge parking lot.

• Unknown Nature of Call. 3:28 PM. Caller reported subjects messing with mail in a mailbox.

• Trespass. 4:17 PM. Aerial fireworks being fired off, reported caller.

• Courtesy Escort. 5:53 PM. Subject given courtesy ride through county.

• Suspicious Vehicle. 9:01 PM. Caller reported vehicle that pulled into the driveway off Tejas Trail.

Jan 2

• Road Hazard. 1:14 AM. An 18-wheeler was reportedly sitting on US 281 with its lights on. The vehicle had left before the responding officer arrived.

• Grass Fire. 8:24 AM. RR 32.

• Minor Traffic Accident. 10:38 AM. Fender bender reported.

• Traffic Accident. 1:47 PM. One-vehicle traffic accident on Elhurst Dr. Subject reportedly left scene; an officer found the subject later, at another location.

• Alarm. 4:05 PM.

• Traffic Accident. 10:16 PM. One vehicle rolled over on CR 102. Blanco County Sheriff’s Office and Blanco PD assisted.

Dec 22

• Disturbance / Arrest. 6:53 AM. Officers responded to a physical disturbance. Johnson City PD and Blanco County Sheriff’s Office responded.

• Reckless Driver. 9:24 AM. US 281, toward Johnson City.

Dec 23

• Arrest on View. 9:40 PM. One subject arrested south of the Y.

Dec 24

• Traffic Accident. 11:46 PM. A vehicle hit a deer at the Pedernales River bridge and was disabled (with Blanco Co. SO).

Dec 25

• Traffic Accident. 8:35 PM. A wrecker reportedly ran into the caller’s car and left, leaving extensive body damage (with Blanco Co. SO).
