On December 19, the Blanco JV and Varsity girls teams hosted Lago Vista.

The Varsity never gave the Lady Vikings a chance, holding on to the lead the entire game.

Lacee Hunter was the lead scorer of the night with 15 points. Alyssa Warner and Justine Cooley each put up 9 points. Lindsey Jenkins and Micaela Klein contributed 5 and 3 points respectively. Tatian Alegria and Felicia Skillman rounded out the night with one point a piece.

The JV also played the Lady Vikings, but they lost, 25-34. Although they fought hard, they were never able to get the upper hand and stayed a few steps behind the entire game. Sierra Martinez posted an impressive 10 points for high scorer of the game. Natalie Stahlmann added 4 points to the board. Presley Savarino, Susannah Campbell and Lauren Graham each contributed 3 points, and Andrea Torre got 2.

The girls will play again on January 2 when they host Randolph. Tip off is at 5:00pm.
